Baseline Pricing
Included Modules. Your SEO dashboard includes your Web Analytics, Position Reporting, Competitive SEO Reporting, Link Analysis, and Executive Dashboard which provides a single, interactive overview for all your reporting.
Capacities. The standard SEO Dashboard for a single site allows for 500-750 keyphrases. Sites with excessive traffic or keyphrase lists over 1,000 phrases may incur additional project fees. Web analytics capacities vary wildly from one site to another, but the majority of sites fall within basic log size and server RAM requirements.
Pricing. Pricing for the standard SEO Dashboard for a single site is $1000/month.
Volume Discounts. Pricing can be as low as $400/month per domain for clients with multiple web sites. Please contact us below for a custom quote to see if you can qualify for volume discounts.
Included Support. We include with your contract the first 10 hours of consultation for setting up your Dashboard, walking your team through the initial orientation, discussing campaign progress and strategies, fine-tuning keyword lists, recommending additional site modifications, and updating competitor lists as required. Ongoing consulting is available beyond that on an as-needed basis, billable under a separate contract at $75/hour.

No Setup Fees
We're currently waiving all web analytics and position reporting setup fees. If you require custom keyphrase research performed, we can assist you under a separate contract.
Rapid Implementation
The total projected setup for your web analytics, position reporting, and executive dashboard should take no longer than 2-3 days once your web logs and keyphrase list have been provided.
Daily/Weekly Updates
Web analytics are updated on a daily basis (subject to web log availability). Position reporting, basic link analyses, and competitive SEO metrics are updated on a weekly basis. We can adapt your weekly reporting to the day of your choice, if you have a preference.
Keyphrase Requirements
We will require from you a list of the primary keyphrases that you are monitoring. The size of a keyphrase list will vary from one client to another, but generally this list should be between 500-750 keyphrases. Larger keyphrase sets are possible, but additional project fees may apply.
Web Log Requirements
In order to provide you with your Dashboard analytics and executive dashboard, we require access to your web site's raw access logs. These logs provide the essential detail that can not be derived from secondary sources, or through Javascript tracking methods.
